Terms of use

These terms apply to the MoreGage website, general educational material, worked examples, market notes, and tools.

General education only

Who operates MoreGage

MoreGage is a product and brand operated by Merit Mana Limited. It is an information website. It does not provide financial advice or mortgage broking.

General information only

MoreGage content is general education. It is not personalised financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, credit approval, a lender offer, or a recommendation to use a lender, product, structure, or course of action.

No adviser relationship

Using the site, completing a calculation, joining an email list, or contacting MoreGage does not create a client, adviser, broker, agency, fiduciary, or lender relationship. MoreGage does not accept mortgage applications.

Your inputs and decisions

You are responsible for checking inputs and using current information. Do not rely on a tool result as a borrowing amount or approval. Obtain authorised advice for decisions that depend on your circumstances.

Worked-example material

Case-study names, households, documents, transactions, outcomes, and timelines are illustrative teaching devices. Similarity to a real person is coincidental. They may not be represented as real clients or MoreGage results.

Sources and updates

MoreGage aims to identify material sources and review dates, but data and policy can change. A source link does not mean the source endorses MoreGage. Report a correction by emailing hello@moregage.co.nz.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to upload sensitive information, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape the site at a harmful rate, misrepresent worked-example material as real, or reuse content in a misleading context.

Availability and liability

The site may be changed, withdrawn, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, MoreGage is not responsible for decisions made from general material or for indirect loss arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
