Steps to try

  1. Sign in to the PayPal account used for the payment.
  2. Open Settings, Payments, and Automatic Payments, then select the merchant.
  3. Choose Cancel or turn off the automatic payment and save the confirmation.

Watch for this

Stopping PayPal billing may stop the payment authority but may not end the underlying contract or settle money already owed.
