Steps to try

  1. Sign in to the Google Account that has the subscription.
  2. Open Google Play subscriptions and choose the relevant plan.
  3. Select Manage, Cancel subscription, choose a reason, and continue through confirmation.

Watch for this

Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. A payment plan may still have remaining payments after auto-renewal is stopped.
