Steps to try

  1. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  2. Open Subscriptions in Apple Account settings.
  3. Select the subscription, choose Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Watch for this

Deleting an app does not cancel its subscription. If there is no Cancel button, it may already be cancelled or be billed elsewhere.
